All VOLO products are warranted FOR 1 YEAR from date of purchase. If over 1 year, then sorry this isn’t covered.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
No proof of purchase? First stop, take the product back to where it was bought from. Alternatively, mail it to us here at VOLO to begin the process. If choosing the second option then we do recommend using a tracked service such as FedEx or DHL as VOLO are not responsible for any return that may be lost in the mail.

WHAT’S COVERED
COVERED: Defective hardware, software faults & factory defects.
NOT COVERED: Wear and tear, gifts, forgetting your lock combination or losing your lights in a bush somewhere.

– Bought from a shop? Then go directly to that store and they should put you right.
– Bought from VOLO.HK? Fill out the form below making sure you have all the info.
